I looked out of the window to see a gaggle of young boys encircling the ladies of the night in the doorway opposite. The rain was coming down and it was their Saturday night out, trying to get in, negotiating the next 15 minutes that might stay with them forever. I let the blinds down to a chilly front room and returned the blankets to the couch after watching another terrible film, I should have known, 90% of the reviews said it was terrible. The problem is that I’ve read reviews of terrible things that I’ve liked, not this time.
